Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — flat rate $9.95 AUD
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — flat rate $14.95 AUD
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $150 AUD (standard)

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We ship within Australia only at this time. Please check back for future updates.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via Australia Post or through our Order Tracking page.

Packaging & Discretion

• All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit
• Shipments include discreet packaging with minimal external branding
• No product names or descriptions appear on the outer parcel
• Packaging is designed to protect both the product and recipient privacy

Delays & Issues

Australia Post can occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. In rare cases, orders may take slightly longer than standard timeframes. If your order hasn’t arrived within the stated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

Responsibility for Delivery

Once your order is dispatched and handed to Australia Post with a tracking number provided, PepDaddy has fulfilled its delivery obligation. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. However, we work with Australia Post to resolve any issues and will assist in filing claims if necessary.
