- Order reference: Include your PepDaddy order number and the email used at checkout when contacting support.
- Dispatch timing: Tracking can take time to appear after shipment confirmation, especially shortly after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Mon–Fri) may be dispatched the same day.

Tracking FAQ
- No tracking email received? Check your spam folder. If nothing appears after 24 hours, contact research@pepdaddy.au.
- Tracking shows no updates? Carrier scans can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
- Delivered but not received? Check safe drop locations and reception areas first. If still missing, contact support.
- Need to change delivery address? Contact support immediately. Changes are usually only possible before dispatch.
